Upgraded forum to RC3

Hopefully there are no issues.  I had to upgrade the theme and due to some problems, I needed to reset everyone's theme, but you can reselect the theme you want.  There's a new Curve theme too.

The buttons are kind of ugly (using the system-style), but everything seems to work for me.
