I am now using Obsidian Portal to manage my campaigns. I really like using a wiki to manage information because it lets me add links to random topics that can be filled in later on an as-needed basis. It has a forum The dynamic character template stuff in beta should also be rather cool for making and posting pretty character sheets.
I have locked all of the topics in this forum, merged the monk weapons thread with the Random Thread of Random, and then moved it to the parent forum as a Pathfinder discussion thread. Any discussion about campaign-specific stuff should take place in the campaign specific forum on Obsidian Portal. I will be requesting that all of my players make accounts there and post their characters.
As new campaigns begin, I will add posts to this topic with some basic information and a pointer to their location on Obsidan Portal.
