It's kind of hard to say what the anime is about without giving away the plot.  It could be summarized as being about a kindhearted high school guy, who acts perverted towards every girl he sees except for when it might be welcome, and the nearly omnipotent flying robot girl who loves him.  I thought it was pretty good.  There is not much singing beyond that episode.

It is pretty hard to say just what the best part of the movie is, but it might be when, after cutting up so many animal carcasses, they decide to cut up some cowboy boots.  And what's inside those boots?
