The loading screen is a bit drawn out, so it's more like this: you walk out into an interesting dungeon, and then die because you decided to smack a barrel filled with explosives (and it had a label to that effect, too).

This video isn't accurate, the music isn't as good as this in the real game.

Oh, and smacking an explosive barrel only killed him in one shot because the guy was on a higher difficulty level and there is a small bug in the game that causes environmental damage to scale incorrectly.
