I don't think Wardens have Pony Proficiency. :P

I’m using the treasure parcel system listed in the 4e DMG, which works best when I have some feedback from players on what kind of equipment they would like to see.

I do not know enough to figure out what I should want.

But the basics are pretty straight forward. Magic Hide Armor, magic Shield, boots of kickup or whatever. Anything in particular I should want for the first 5 levels or so?

I'm somewhat more interested in non-weapon/armor slot items and possible wonderous items people might want. It's hard to go wrong giving someone a +1 weapon, implement, or armor; but it's easy to them cranky about getting 'crap' when one gives them the 'wrong' item.

Excellent! People shouldn’t expect to find everything they want, but it helps if I know the direction people want to take their characters in.

I like giving out alchemical items and such, but people always complain. :(

Consumable
Glowstones (AV) - zones of hurting versus undead
Nail of Sealing (AV) - lock a door or something else!
Potion
Potion of Clarity (AV) - drink and spend a healing surge to roll again and better

Outfit
5 Barbed Baldric (AV) - a belt with barbs on it, ouch
2 Amulet of physical resolve (AV) - so I don't stand still
6 Horned Helm (PH) - charges hurt even more
6 Luckbender Gloves (AV) - my hands are made for hurtin
7 Boots of the Fencing Master (AV) - shifting's what Chalk does best!
6 Iron Armbands of Power (AV) - attacks hurt my opponents more

The equipment sets in the AV2 are also pretty cool.  It looks like the barbarian one is the Golden Lion's Battle Regalia; I only think this is the barbarian one because it includes swift charge enhancements.  Is there another class with swift charge capability?

Any of the following from the free character generator will work. I'm not totally how much of each book this encompasses.  My character is a skirmisher who switches between melee and ranged combat, so it would be nice to have magic items that support both roles (or a set of items that focus on making one role work better).  The charging items probably work better with Josh's character, but they might work well with mine as well.

Mage's Parrying Dagger (if it's a dagger, that is)
+Frost Dagger
+Quick Dagger
Vanguard Dagger

Repulsion Leather Armor
Deathcut Leather Armor
+Serpentskin Leather Armor

Acrobat Boots
+Boots of Adept Charging
Boots of Quickness

Bracers of the Perfect Shot/Mighty Striking
Bracers of Tactical Blows
Counterstrike Guards
Iron Armbands of Power

Gloves of Eldritch Admixture
Gauntlets of Ogre Power

Eagle Eye Goggles
Horned Helm

+Cloak of Distortion
Amulet of Resolution

+Belt of Vigor
Belt of Vim

Hunter's Flint
+Battle Standard of Might
Power Jewel
Jar of Steam
+Tattoo of the Wolverine

Please update your lists if possible. I’m picking things which seem interesting, which may not be exactly what people would like to receive. :)
