The fluff is: you channel primal spirits that make you very angry and killy.

Thaneborn barbarians are harder to play than the other kind because their abilities are harder to trigger.

Rage is what you get whenever you use a daily power.  You get one big attack, a persistent bonus for the remainder of the encounter, and some bonuses to your at-wills.  If you have 2+ daily powers, you can channel one of them into a big attack called a rage strike if you are already in a rage from the other.

Also, there's a superior weapon called a fullblade.  It's a great sword, only... greater?  I'm thinking of that sword Siegfried uses in Soul Calibur.

A shield for a barbarian would be like a cow-catcher.  It wouldn't change who was charging through and who was getting run over; it would only make it so the monsters get pushed out of the way when they fall.

Anyway. Food.

It's not just Zero. Both Pizza and Chicken were eaten mostly by me and no one else was particularly happy to have the food. No one was upset or disappointment either, but I'm bringing food to make people happy, which hasn't worked so far.

So what would you like? Veggie tray? Chips and Dip? Nothing at all?

If you really want to bring food, the safest thing is probably snacks. Otherwise I would just worry about your own lunch since everyone else tend to grab something on the way over.

Per the schedule, the next session is on 9/26. I would like to set a start time to provide further consistancy for future sessions.

I propose we stick with the "normal" time from my last campaign of ~2:00 PM and running until 8:00-10:00 PM (tending towards 9:00 PM but depending on when an appropriate stopping point occuring in-game).

Once we decide on a time, I'll upload an iCalendar with the sessions on it for people who use electronic calendars to plan their time.

Second and fourth is okay with me, but the 26th is my birthday (I forgot to check what day it was).  Will there be cake?

We could probably swing that.  Do you have any special dietary restrictions?

I can pick up a cake this Saturday if we’re actually going to do this.
