I will be running a mixed World of Darkness game Winter quarter.

Should I plan on starting on the 3rd or the 10th?

Rules:

Any template is fair game.

I am NOT responsible for making sure the group can work together.

I will provide an initial story that will last 1 - 3 sessions; after that, I will provide the setting and NPCs, but it is basically free-form.

Major Templates (anything with a powerstat, like Gnosis/Blood Potency/Wyrd) gets 50 XP. This XP is spent immediately after character creation (so you can't buy merits like Giant). If you are not playing a Major Template, please let me know.

Magic Items (Relics, Fetishes, Tokens, etc) cannot be bought with Merit Dots. Minor items can be bought with a willpower dot and an origin story. Major items cannot be bought. If you want a major item, feel free to explain why. By Major Item, I mean "anything thats really powerful". A 6 dot Imbued Item might be minor, while a 1 dot Relic could be major.

Status for supernatural groups is severely restricted. The Covenants, Tribes, Orders, Courts, etc can be bought up to 3 dots. Status for things like Clan and local groups is unavailable.

Do not spend merit dots on 'locations'. Haven/Santcum/Hollow, Locus/Hallow, Library, etc. This will be taken care of early on, and not needed until then.
