yes, Kith is optional. Maybe you could state on the sheet that you don't have one, so it's more clear?
You've got four skill specialties now, unless Darklings get a free one in Stealth (don't have my book handy). As of right now, only the Core and Changeling Cores are available, if you're using something out of Winter masques or Rites of Spring.
Glamour, your max should be 11, with a limit of spending one per round (not that there's any place to put that second bit).
And Contracts are almost good... but you have to have at least two dots in Contracts from your Seeming or Court (I might be wrong, but I don't think the universal Contracts can be purchased using those dots at Character Creation.).
