Session on 6/21
« on: June 02, 2008, 12:59:38 AM »
I expect this to be the last 3.5e session. I have made a thread discussing 4e.

I'm going to be in Salt Fork, Ohio for this weekend. Yay @ a conference!

I moved this back so that Mike could run Mage next week. This should stagger the sessions so that Origins doesn’t interfere with my D&D game.

Is there any interest in doing a ‘s/3.5e/4e/’ and starting up our the new game at the next session?

Both Thomas and Trev have indicated that it would be okay. Any thoughts Josh or Mike? Please note that if everyone does not explicitly agree, we’ll just do the planned 3.5e session on the 21st.

Either way, I’ll post the hook for the new campaign later in the week to give people time to think about what they would like to do.

That shouldn't be a concern for you.  I'm going to Origins on the day when it would be an issue if possible.

I would rather just switch to 4.

Now knowing that you will also be at Origins, I guess I wouldn’t have tried running on that Saturday regardless. Should I run this Saturday as originally planned or assume the revised date?

That’s 34 people. Hopefully Josh responds, because I don’t really want to pull a ‘surprise new version’ on him. :)

Edit: Strike that part about running this Saturday. I don’t think I’ll be ready to run. I’d like to do Mage, but if you’re burnt out on that we could do something else. :) The current plan is for me to start the new game on 6/21.

I don't think he'll mind.  He likes surprises.

Hey all. I've been markedly away.  By "this", Randy, I meant the particular weekend in question.  I was in the middle of nowhere from the 12th to the 14th(evening).

Regarding the switch to 4e, I think that's a good idea.  I've already ordered some books and will post preferences later on what I'd like to do.

There has been a slight change of plans. Mike and I have talked about co-DMing a game. He posted a thread about it over here.
