Update:
I knew I was getting sick, but I thought I could just power through it.  What I didn't expect was to lose my voice.  In the interest of not exacerbating things, I'm going to have to call the game for today.  There are a couple of options, though. 
We can:
* reschedule for later in the week
* postpone until next week
* do a play-by-post this week to catch up for a real session next week

well if we're going to play-by-post we should get started because it takes f'ing forever... or an IM chatroom to be faster. but if we're doing this online we should probably get more done than a session's worth because we've already missed a million sessions and we're still just level 6.

I would prefer using IM also. Lv6 in Eberron is nothing to laugh at; we're heroes among heroes. In a few more levels we could start taking out higher-ups of organizations we don't like. I use the Lord of Blades as a benchmark in Eberron and he's only CR13 for cripe's sake.
