House Rules / Character Creation

Race Restriction: Human and Human (Earth)

Feat Restriction: The following feats are not allowed.
Advanced Bloodline, Akimichi Toughness, Byakugan Sight, Destruction Bugs, Hachimon Tonkou, Mangekyou Sharingan, Ninja’s Mimicry, Webspinner

Other Changes: Base classes will start with the following armor proficiency feats if taken at Level 1.
Strong: Light Armor Proficiency, Medium Armor Proficiency
Fast: Light Armor Proficiency
Tough: Light Armor Proficiency, Medium Armor Proficiency, Heavy Armor Proficiency
Smart: Light Armor Proficiency
Dedicated: Light Armor Proficiency, Medium Armor Proficiency
Charismatic: Light Armor Proficiency

Massive Damage Threshold will be changed from 50 to 2 times the character’s Constitution score.

Toughness grants one hit point per level instead of a flat three.

Skill Focus grants a bonus of one per level instead of a flat three.

Character Creation: 36 point-buy, Level One

Once a skill has become a class skill, it is always a class skill.

If you have any questions regarding character creation, a house rule, or the system; post it here. Also post a die roll for your wealth (2d4+Occupation Bonus+3*#of Windfall+1 for any ranks in profession), your # of techniques roll (1d4+1 attempts),  and your stat block once you are done. Also choose a color of text for your character to talk IG in.

Well, here it is. I wasn’t really sure about the equipment, so all I put down was a heavy vest. Hopefully, I didn’t botch anything too horribly. The character concept is a guy who likes breaking things with his fists. He speaks like this.

Update: I misunderstood the way the book listed skills in the character blocks. :) I assumed it was listing ranks parenthetically, and since Ninjutsu is a cross-class skill, I could only afford one rank of it (at two skill points). I went with Nin Weapon Proficiency since it seems to give me more flexibility. The knuckles give me more options in unarmed combat, and the sword because ninjas like to flip out and chop off heads. ;)

I think I got the reduction in wealth bonus correct. It was originally +7, then it dropped to +6 for the vest, +5 for the Chisa-gatana, and down to +3 for the pills, and finally down to +2 for the Kunai. (Yes, I just assumed I obtained the items in the order they were listed.)

Note from Eldmor: Fixed your defense and speed to reflect your heavy vest. You also need to spend your Human bonus feat and one more skill point. [(3+0)*4=12-4-2-1-4=1] May I suggest Nin Weapon Proficiency or Archaic Weapon Proficiency? I would also suggest some survival gear, a light source, and a container or two.

Edit: Fixed CP being one too high.
